Each planned festival trip is a fixed multi-day route: arrival city, transfer times, scheduled group activities, and free time written out block by block. Read the spine first, then the price and deposit. If the walking distances or the daily start times do not suit you, pick another departure.
Departures run with 12 to 22 travellers, with a route lead who travels with the group from the meeting point to the final drop-off. Group size is listed on every trip card so you can judge how the days will feel on the ground.
Every route shows transfer type, walking distance, the included meal, the scheduled group activity, and a free-time block per day. Compare those lines rather than the headline city list.
Per-person price starts at EUR 340, with a deposit from EUR 90 to hold a seat. The balance due date and a short cancellation summary sit next to each price, so you can estimate the deposit before you request anything.

Each route runs with a minimum of 8 travellers and a cap of 16 so the group lead can keep the day blocks on time. If a departure stays below 8 seats seven days before the start, we cancel it and return your deposit in full.
The deposit holds your seat on the day of booking. The remaining balance is due 21 days before departure, paid by card or bank transfer. Your confirmation email lists the exact date and per-person amount.
Cancel 30 or more days before departure and you get the deposit back minus a small admin fee. Between 29 and 14 days the deposit is held as credit toward another departure within twelve months. Inside 14 days the deposit is non-refundable. Full detail sits in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
