Complaints and dispute resolution

We respond to written complaints within the period set by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII. If the dispute is not resolved directly, you may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court of competent jurisdiction.
