Advertising is truthful and does not mislead about price, dates, availability, organiser status or inclusions, under the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-ВР.

Pre-contract information

Before a distance contract, consumers receive clear information on the service, total price, dates, inclusions and exclusions, cancellation and refund terms, and complaint procedure under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII. For tourism, the organiser discloses identity, programme, route, dates, price, insurance, safety and contract terms under the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 3219-IX.

Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to contact@charityfuund.com or +380 687 336 1475 with your name, order details and documents. We aim to respond within 30 calendar days. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection or a court under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII.
