Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Scope
This policy covers distance contracts for tourism and festival services concluded with charityfuund.com under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII and the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 3219-IX. Before you order, we disclose the service, total price, dates, inclusions and exclusions, cancellation terms and the complaint procedure.
2. Cancellation windows
- Over 30 days before start — refund less a mandatory 10% administration fee.
- 30–15 days — 50% refund.
- 14–7 days — 25% refund.
- Under 7 days or no-show — no refund.
Mandatory fees cover third-party bookings already made and are shown before payment.
3. Minimum group size
If the minimum group size is not reached, we may cancel and offer a new date or a full refund within 14 days.
4. Festival schedule changes
If the organiser changes the programme, route or dates, we inform you promptly and offer the revised service, an alternative, or a refund of the unused part.
5. What the booking covers
The booking covers shared lodging, the travelling group, scheduled transfers and the published timetable. Dates, the per-person price and the cancellation window are written into the contract before you pay.
6. Complaints and redress
Write to contact@charityfuund.com or call +380 687 336 1475. We answer within 30 days. If unresolved, you may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Consumer Protection or to a court under Law No. 1023-XII.
7. Advertising and personal data
Travel and festival advertising is truthful and identifiable under the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-ВР. Personal data is processed under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3998-IX; cookies under Law No. 3998-IX and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" No. 1089-IX.
