1. Risks of travel to Ukraine

Travel to and within Ukraine, including Kyiv, involves risks beyond our control. Air-raid alarms, curfews, movement restrictions, transport disruption and power outages may occur at short notice. By booking you accept these risks.

2. Official travel advisories

Before and during your trip, monitor the official travel advisories and security updates of the authorities of your country of residence. Our information does not replace official guidance.

3. Insurance

We strongly recommend travel and medical insurance covering treatment, evacuation, cancellation, curtailment and belongings, valid for travel to Ukraine and your itinerary activities.

4. Safety cannot be guaranteed

We take reasonable care in selecting suppliers and planning itineraries, but cannot guarantee personal safety, uninterrupted service or the absence of incidents. To the extent permitted by law, you travel at your own risk.

5. Changes to conditions and itineraries

Routes, schedules, accommodation and included services may change or be cancelled for safety reasons, official restrictions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will inform you as soon as practicable and apply your contract and Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 3219-IX.

6. Information, data and complaints

Before a distance contract is concluded you receive clear information on the service, total price, dates, inclusions and exclusions, cancellation and refund terms and the complaint procedure under Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII. Our travel messages are identifiable as advertising under Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR. Personal data is processed under Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3998-IX; non-essential cookies require prior consent under that law and Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" No. 1089-IX.
