Terms of Service

2. Pre-contract information
Before a distance contract, we provide clear information on the service, total price, dates, inclusions and exclusions, cancellation and refund terms, and complaint procedure under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII.
3. Eligibility
Participants must be 18+. Minors may join only with written guardian consent and, where required, guardian accompaniment. We may request proof of age or consent.
4. Price and payment
Prices are in UAH and include services listed at checkout. Exclusions, deposits, payment schedules and due dates are confirmed before booking. Taxes and fees are disclosed before payment.
5. Itinerary changes
As organizer, we disclose identity, programme, route, dates, price, insurance and safety information under the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 3219-IX. We may change route, dates or services for safety, weather or force majeure, offering equivalent alternatives or a refund where required.
6. Cancellation and complaints
Cancellation and refund terms are shown before booking. Complaints: email contact@charityfuund.com with your booking reference. We explain the pre-court procedure and your right to apply to the consumer protection authority or court under Law No. 1023-XII.
7. Liability and law
We are liable within mandatory limits under Ukrainian law. Advertising is truthful and identifiable under the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-ВР. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
